return/ refund policy

 

• return and refund policy Returns are accepted for 14 days after receiving your order. Once 14 days have passed after receipt, you can no longer return your products. 
• To be eligible for a return, the product(s) must be undamaged, i.e. not washed and/or worn, and the tag and packaging must still be intact. In the event of a return, you must contact us, we will create a return label, but the shipping costs are your responsibility. You must print out the return label yourself, stick it on the packaged item(s) and take it to a delivery point.
• Once we have received and checked the return shipment, we will process the refund and credit the money back to the account. Please note! You will be charged a fee (5% restocking fee). 
• No refund will be made if the products appear to be damaged, washed and/or worn.
